At inDrive I am currently responsible for the management of the BI platform and a team that consists of BI engineers and BI engineers group leaders (12+ members). Regarding management of the BI platform, I use a product-oriented approach and focus on three main streams: architecture, self-service, and reporting, implementing and improving data and people management processes and technologies. Our team is responsible for the development of reporting pipelines, dashboards, automated reports, alerts, data architecture, and ETL of the BI platform. Achievements- Successfully built and managed BI platform from scratch, which now has a total reach of 350+ DAU (800+ MAU), and 2500+ views per day. Technological stack: Tableau, Airflow, HDFS (storage), Big Query (execution), DBT, Git, OpenMetaData. Language stack: Python, SQL- Implemented a Data Quality process that resulted in an error rate decrease of 0,4% in terms of all active dashboards- Implemented transparent processes for stakeholders and cross-functional teams, improving interaction with the BI platform and its engineers, which resulted in a total score of 4.9 out of 5 from stakeholders\' review regarding transparency and managing expectations metrics based on reviews from 95% of a total number of stakeholders (70+)- Participated in unicorn status obtaining, building reporting pipelines, ETL and data structure, data preparation and dashboard development for investors- Created self-service analytics education program for dashboard development using Tableau, including style-guide with layouts, resulting in high program performance with over 600 learners and CR completion of 34%, which leads to over 40% of self-service dashboards from all actively used dashboards on Tableau Server.
