Be the main Asics point of contact to our Tennis assets from start of order until completion with multiples software (SAP, QLICK, Microsoft Office…)Tennis players, players’ management, Tennis coaches.Attend several key meetings on a weekly and monthly basis with either ASICS Europe or ASICS HQ members to organize the sport marketing département. Deliver a premium on-site assistance to Sports Marketing assets travelling in key events.Focus on service excellence through premium logistics management.Maintain a structure to realize accurate products forecasts and buying. Maintain records of all transactions dealing with customer orders.Maintain strong communication with internal (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance.) and external – sports marketing - partners.Professionally interacts with marketing assets, building positive relationships.Work cross-functionally to identify and resolve issues affecting the marketing orderbook, product merchandising, deliveries, or invoicing.Impulse the creation and manage the delivery of special make-ups for our Sports Marketing assets.Ensure service is aligned to budgets / contractual allowance and manager guidance
