Leading the Twinspector mission as Senior Project Manager, an ESA InCubed co-funded satellite constellation purpose-built for infrastructure monitoring. Responsible for end-to-end programme execution across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management, coordinating a consortium of European industrial partners from hardware development through milestone delivery.• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of Space and Earth Observation programmes, covering scope, schedule, budget, risk, and reporting across ESA and commercial projects.• Own end-to-end project execution from proposal transition through milestone delivery, ensuring alignment between technical activities, contractual obligations, and programme objectives.• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, partners, and suppliers, consolidating technical, management, and financial inputs into coherent delivery plans.• Plan and support programme milestones and reviews (e.g. KO, SRR, PDR, CDR), ensuring completeness, quality, and audit-ready review documentation.• Establish and maintain project governance structures, including deliverable tracking, configuration management, document control, and versioning.• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, maintaining traceability, mitigation actions, and compliance with ESA and internal programme standards.• Support financial planning and control, including effort estimation, cost tracking, and preparation of programme reporting inputs.• Drive process consistency and delivery excellence by applying structured project management methods and collaborative tooling in fast-moving, high-complexity environments.
