East, Central, West and System Integration projects), Dimitrios supported the Lead Supervisor in discharging the corresponding duties under the NEC contract (incl. tests, inspections, Defect management etc.), led the resolution of significant quality issues, provided guidance to the Project Supervisors & Works Supervisors (>20 professionals) across the programme and managed important interfaces with various stakeholders.Dimitrios performed the role of the Deputy Lead Supervisor (third hat) for the whole Tideway programme, whilst maintaining his double-hatting role of Project Supervisor & Quality Lead in the East delivery area (see below for details).
