ABOUT DIMITRIOS MICHAEL MANIAS
Hi there, I\'m an Electrical and Computer Engineering postdoctoral researcher who\'s deeply interested in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. I\'ve earned Bachelor\'s, Master\'s, and Ph.D. degrees in Engineering Science and AI. My research work has been published in top-tier academic publications like Network Magazine and the Global Communications Conference. Specifically, I\'ve focused on topics like virtual network function placement, 5G core networks, optical network traffic grooming, and federated learning. In addition to my academic work, I\'ve also gained valuable teaching experience as a Course Instructor and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Western University. I\'m also an active volunteer in the engineering community, having served as the Secretary for London Section and as a Patronage Chair and Virtual Delivery Chair for CCECE.
