Through my additional responsibilities as Divisional Clienteling Lead, I have played a pivotal part in shaping and executing client engagement strategies across all Womenswear Designer Galleries, building a clienteling team of up to 36 Client Consultants and Brand Specialists and supporting my division in developing bespoke experiences for VIP and private clients. Additionally, I have overseen the highest-grossing multi-brand edit space of 20+ designers, featuring key brands such as Mugler, Khaite, and Rabanne.In my capacity as Floor Lead duty, I oversee a headcount of 300+ concession and own bought team members, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining the highest customer service standards, and keeping an outstanding floor presentation. This role also saw me lead the coordination of monthly pop-ups and seasonal boutique launches for brands such as Coperni, Dion Lee, Ferragamo, Nensi Dojaka, Roberto Cavalli, Nina Ricci, and Yves Salomon, further enhancing the division\'s luxury offering. Throughout my Selfridges journey, I have been focused on optimising operational efficiency, reducing stock loss, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture that consistently delivers the highest Customer Service, CRM, and Clienteling metrics in store.
