As House Manager, I oversee the daily operations of a 25-member fraternity residence, making sure everything runs smoothly and stays compliant with Lafayette’s housing policies. I coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors, manage cleaning and room assignments, and handle facility logistics from semester openings to inspections. I also act as the main point of contact between the fraternity and the college. Ensuring safety, accountability, and efficient communication.As Pledge Class President, I led my new member class through onboarding, serving as the main liaison between the chapter’s executive board and pledges. I organized meetings, managed class projects, and made sure deadlines, events, and expectations were met. The role pushed me to strengthen communication and leadership skills under pressure, keeping everyone aligned, informed, and motivated from day one to initiation.
