I use these segment-based insights to drive upselling to similar companies and identify new markets where we’re likely to find more of those ideal clients. Part of my role involves exploring potential expansion into cities like Boston and Richmond, assessing which market best matches our target segments—or if we should consider other locations. I also contribute to planning and executing go-to-market strategies to acquire new clients in these markets.
