Dima is a founder of Dev Team Inc, a software development agency dedicated to creating a simple and risk-free process for hiring an agency. Dev Team Inc takes the risks commonly associated with the development of tech products from the business owners\' shoulders by creating an incentive structure in which they are the #1 entity interested in the project\'s success (not even a client). They develop traditional web & mobile apps with an infusion of data analytics and decision-making algorithms on top.Dima is also a founder of Devscribed, a company with a focus on AI, blockchain, AR/VR, and every other future trend in the IT world. Devscribed aims to help founders and business owners stay in touch with the always-changing and fast-paced IT environment and ensure that their businesses are up to date on recent technology. Both companies currently have around 30 full-time employees located in Poland, Belarus, Argentina, and the United States (including US-based software engineers). They build web, mobile, and blockchain-based apps with the addition of data analytics and machine learning algorithms. They delivered 23+ projects across Healthcare, Insurance, Real Estate, Payments, Logistics, Ticketing, and other industries. More than 70% of projects that started as pre-seed startups have grown into Series A and Series B. They are one of the top agencies on Upwork with hours worked. And they are always responsible for the risks associated with the software they develop for their clients. Dima currently serves as a tech advisor for a couple of startups. In his free time, he has fun recording a podcast where he talks with tech founders and business owners about well-known must-have tech solutions that businesses can incorporate into their daily routines to optimize their processes. He also talks about new trends and new opportunities for business optimization with the help of new solutions empowered by AI.
