I’m a Senior Quality Engineer at Narmi, working on complex FinTech and banking platforms that serve multiple financial institutions across consumer, business, and staff-led experiences. I work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure features ship with confidence in highly regulated environments, where configuration, edge cases, and risk matter just as much as core functionality.My approach to quality is rooted in risk-based testing, strong test planning, and systems thinking. Rather than treating QA as a final checkpoint, I focus on anticipating failure modes early, clarifying ambiguous requirements, and aligning testing strategy with real customer and operational risk. At Narmi, this includes supporting account opening flows, core integrations, and beta features across UAT and production environments, often balancing speed, coverage, and reliability across multiple financial institutions.I bring over five years of experience in quality engineering across FinTech, including prior roles at Stifel Financial Corp and Stash, and I’m actively expanding automation coverage using Playwright. I’m especially interested in how quality strategy, automation, and product thinking come together to scale teams and platforms—treating quality as a product capability that enables faster, safer delivery rather than slowing it down
