ABOUT DILSHAN INDRASINGHE

I am writing to express my great interest in filling mentioned positions, as I am confident in taking up the responsibilities, based on the vast knowledge I have gained by working in various roles in HSBC’s Retail Banking products and Digital applications over 12 years in the organization with highly diversified skills, multicultural exposure, matured long term practical experience in modern frameworks. During my carrier at HSBC, I have contributed towards numerous projects since the beginning of my journey. Considering the vast experience and knowledge I excel in relation to Retail Banking products and Digital Banking applications, I was given the opportunity to join On-site Business Transformation Team - Project Greenfield (AS400 - HUB implementation for HSBC North America) as a Senior Transformation Business Analyst and was responsible of transforming Retail Banking Retail and Digital Banking platforms into AS400. I believe my unique expertise in both business and technology areas pertaining to HSBC’s Retail Banking and Digital Banking applications and vast knowledge on Business Transformation Framework and the other tools, helps to identify and resolve process gaps, whilst adding new features to existing Retail Banking products Digital platforms, which leads to increased performance. Furthermore, I have been able to contribute effectively towards the business, as I carry both System Transformation experience and analytics knowledge in Core Banking and Digital systems. After migrating to Canada in 2020, I had changed my profession to Supply Chain Management and currently working as Road Logistics Specialist at Kuehne Nagel LTD by overlooking operations part of both FTL and LTL ground shipments(Pharma/Non-Pharma) with in North America. Further, I have completed CIFFA and Dangerous Goods certifications and continue to study Diploma in Supply Chain Management in order to grab more knowledge and go up in the ladder in this profession. Considering my strengths, it would be great if we can set up an interview to further discuss, how my unique experience and knowledge would fit into this role as I am confident in my ability to make an immediate and long-term contribution since I have a proven track record in fulfilling the requirements.
