In this role, I oversee and service a portfolio of more than 100 GE Healthcare devices—including X-ray, CT, ultrasound, anesthesia machines, DCar systems, ventilators and patient monitors.I partner closely with customers to ensure an exceptional GE Healthcare experience, from troubleshooting technical or user issues and managing installations.I collaborate closely with our sales and account management teams to drive aftermarket sales, leveraging customer insights and strategic planning to deliver tailored solutions.
