Served as Liaison Officer (LNO) for Polk County (NC) during Hurricane Helene to coordinate search and rescue, food/water distribution, wellness checks, presence patrols, and infrastructure monitoring during one of North Carolina\'s worst natural disaster incidents. Satisfied county needs and closed NCNG force packages. Received State Active Duty (SAD) medal and federal Humanitarian Medal for efforts in serving the citizens of North Carolina.Empowered as ICRCM Executive Assistant to strengthen partnerships with local/state/federal governments, international partners, and NGO organizations in assessing importance of Constitutional importance of the \"key\" Amendments (13,14,15) in inter-organizational deliberations.
