Satisfied county needs and closed NCNG force packages. Received State Active Duty (SAD) medal and federal Humanitarian Medal for efforts in serving the citizens of North Carolina.Empowered as ICRCM Executive Assistant to strengthen partnerships with local/state/federal governments, international partners, and NGO organizations in assessing importance of Constitutional importance of the \"key\" Amendments (13,14,15) in inter-organizational deliberations.
