As an Application Setup Consultant (ASC) for the Scheduler Plus tool at myKaarma, it\'s my responsibility to meet with incoming clients, gauge their business needs and pain points with their current system, and then use the data gathered to configure the Scheduler Plus tool in a more tailored approach to ensure a seamless and smooth transition to Scheduler Plus. Consulting multiple clients at a time in the automotive industry requires tact, patience, and industry knowledge. As an ASC I\'m handling multiple deployment projects at a time, prioritizing my workload, and working with several teams to provide a great deployment experience for our clients. Consult clients on the best use of Scheduler Plus to meet their business needs and goals. Using the information and data given by clients to configure backend and client-facing settings for a smooth transition to the Scheduler Plus tool. Providing expert advice on how to use Scheduler Plus to coordinate workflow and eliminate pain points in the dealership. Consulting clients to determine service department capacity and options. Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure a smooth and efficient deployment of products to the clients including training teams, performance managers, customer support, product managers, etc. Collaborating with teams to devise new protocols and processes to create an efficient and scalable pipeline workflow which results in higher ACV and EBITDA.
