About Dillon Vorherr
In my time at Miami University\'s Farmer School of Business, I have been involved in a variety of clubs and organizations which have developed my skills of efficiency, teamwork, and problem-solving. My goal is to put these skills to use within a company to continue building my expertise and thrive with my colleagues. Serving as the Treasurer for my fraternity Tau Kappa Epsilon, I maintained a annual budget where I focused on cost forecasting and strategic spending while also communicating financial obligations to other members of our executive team and alumni board. I have gained a plethora of experience using excel for budget modeling, additionally developing my communication skills by communicating with a range of professional organizations and businesses. As Vice President of Recruitment for the Personal Finance Club, I coordinated all recruitment efforts for our newly founded club, working with the rest of our executive team to drastically increase our membership. These recruitment efforts include meeting with students at the club fair twice a year and pitching the club in students\' classrooms, with the goal of finding a diverse group of new members who are passionate about learning the basics of Personal Finance.
