Develop and implement full cycle recruiting plans to support local manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies hiring needs.• Utilize TempWorks ATS system to track billing candidates, candidate databases, and to source for candidates.• Source and recruit for manufacturing, IT, and administrative roles.• Perform screening calls for prospective candidates, conduct in-person interviews, and interview preparation meetings for candidates. • Main point of contact for candidates in onboarding as well as perform drug tests and other onboarding activities as needed.• Follow up with and manage billing candidates by performing check ins and handling attendance calls. Perform exit interviews as well.• Utilize TempWorks Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and Indeed for sourcing.
