Lead and oversee Wednesday night youth ministry, coordinating engaging activities such as icebreakers,announcements, worship, biblical teaching, group prayer, and games for teens aged 13–18.Teach biblically based and relevant messages during Youth Group to teenagers aged 13-18. Collaborate with youth leadership team to disciple students, plan events, and shepherd the Youth Group. Assist in other pastoral capacities such as preaching in rotation with my Senior Pastor once a month, opening theSunday service in rotation with church elders, sing the special during Sunday morning service in rotation, and, greetchurch attenders after service.Provide pastoral care across all age groups through counseling, hospital visits, nursing home outreach, andfollow-up ministry. Meet with the Senior Pastor weekly to help with ministry planning, vision casting, and be a meaningful friend, andpartner in ministry. Serve in an advisory role to the elder subcommittee, missions subcommittee, and church board, contributing spirtled insight on church direction and spiritual health.Manage Mount Carmel\'s Social Media Accounts and host the weekly podcast called Carmel Chronicles. Have an active pastoral presence both inside and outside the church by supporting monthly events, praying forpeople at the local food pantry, and being a leader in the Friday night street prayer outreach ministry with otherPastors in the Celina community by helping to pray for people and doing the weekly devotional.
