About Dillon Buckingham
I am currently an Engineering Services Account Manager at Actalent. I previously worked in the sports industry as the Director of Football Operations at QwikRecruiting. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Sports Administration with a minor in education from the University of Mississippi in May of 2022. During the summer of 2020, I completed an internship working with FedEx and the PGA Tour where I assisted in the set up and development of the St. Jude Invitational. I received very important knowledge in event planning and developed my skills in problem solving, teamwork, and time management. During the school year, I worked 20 hours a week at the Mustard Seed as a Sales Associate. This job has taught me important skills such as communication, customer service, and finance management. Looking ahead, I am excited to use the skills I have acquired in event planning and finance management in the sports management industry.
