About Dillon Alexander Cathro
My future goal is to teach, in social work or higher education, at a small public or liberal arts college, in order to provide critical and culturally relevant pedagogy and instruction to the future generations of social workers and community practitioners. To stay connected to the communities that raised me, I constantly seek opportunities to work with community-based organizations and movements in order to challenge unjust educational and socioeconomic policies and practice, and to empower underrepresented identity groups to partake in their own self-determined social change campaigns.
