Expert in Percentage Rent & Breakpoint Calculations and Various other Retail Concepts.Also, having hands-on experience in various Real Estate ERPs like WorkTrac, ProLease, HarborFlex, APEX, Yardi (Genesis, Voyager, etc,), Accruent (LA), Horizon, AMTdirect, Lucernex (LX), Visual Lease, MRI, Portfolio, IBM, Big Center, CoStar, Planon, REFX, Lease Query, Manhattan, and Tango.Throughout his career, he worked for more than leases which include retail, office, equipment, residential, parking, and tower leases and other such service agreements and licenses. Also, handled more than abstraction projects and a few huge migrations and validation projects. He has good experience in handling translation and abstraction projects for multilingual leases from various regions (particularly Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, and other European Languages).In addition, he is having vast experience in handling transitions smoothly and acted successfully as a Transition Manager completing the transition for more than 100 major accounts on the Database Management side.
