I am an Associate and member of the Business & Corporate Group at Stark & Stark. I concentrate my practice in the representation of businesses on a variety of issues including corporate formation, financing, franchising, licensing, mergers & acquisitions, executive compensation, equity compensation plans, employment agreements, real estate, and intellectual property law.After obtaining my B.A. in Sociology and Creative Writing from Marlboro College, as well as an M.S. in Education from Johns Hopkins University, I attended Temple University Beasley School of Law. In law school, I won the Kohn Prize for Transactional Skills, served as a staff editor for Temple Law Review, and graduated cum laude. Before law school, I served as a corps member of Teach For America, working as a high school social studies teacher in Hawaii. During law school, I worked as a Legal Intern for the Education Law Center in Philadelphia, as well as for the School District of Philadelphia Office of General Counsel.
