Ensuring employee welfare and grievance handling for 7-8 projects across multiple locations• Responsible for talent retention and management strategies• Work closely with business leaders to identify process gaps and suggest suitable solutions to enhance the business outcome (Leave planner, HIPO management etc)• Ensure equilibrium is maintained between all the stakeholders, resulting in a positive work environment and maximizing productivity • Co-ordinate and work with multiple stakeholders for simplification of existing processes and also implementation of automation as and when required• Effective usage of existing tools, technology and reports for monitoring and improvising on the employee experiences and performance (Amber / Prohance / Shrinkage/ RAG report etc)• Co-ordinate and conduct multiple user-focused activities like skip meetings, Team Health Study, Sr Manager/ DGM connect, Focus Group Discussion etc to have a proactive resolution-based approach• Promoting appreciation culture by encouraging leaders to effectively use internally available tools like Spark Card, Xtra Mile award etc along with other conventional methods to maintain high employee motivation levels• Identify the need for training requirements if any and work closely with the concerned team to fulfill the training program• Communicate and explain various policy changes and new process implementations• Ensure the overall improvement in productivity by enhancing the contributions of bottom performers and also based on the need to take corrective actions like initiating warning letters and PIP process• Oversee disciplinary aspects are being adhered to by the employees, and take prescribed action for deviations• Proactively identify the threats by obtaining floor pulse and try to mitigate the same at the earliest • Taking care of separation conversations and also inter-project and bench movements ensuring a smooth workflow
