I am an IT Service Delivery Manager and End User Computing (EUC) specialist with 17+ years of experience in Digital Workplace Services, Desktop Engineering and ITIL-based Service Management across global clients in airlines, logistics, healthcare and manufacturing.Over the years, I’ve led large EUC/Workplace operations and transitions – from building greenfield SCCM/Intune/JAMF environments and migrating endpoints from legacy data centres, to stabilising BAU operations with clear governance, SLAs and dashboards.
