About Dilip Raghunathan
I care deeply about one thing: helping get therapies to patients faster—especially in areas where patients don’t have the luxury of time.Over the past 18+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of biometrics, technology, and clinical development, where the real work isn’t just writing code or standing up platforms—it’s making sure the right data, insights, and decisions reach the people who need them, when they need them. I’ve seen firsthand how the thoughtful use of technology can be a force multiplier for science, and how poorly designed systems can slow even the best intentions. My foundation is in statistical programming and biometrics, a domain I know deeply—from CDISC standards and regulatory submissions to the realities of data review, inspection readiness, and day-to-day delivery. Over time, my work naturally expanded into analytics platforms, validated computing environments, automation, and data strategy, partnering closely with IT and Quality to turn ideas into scalable, compliant solutions. What excites me most is being in that space where business understanding meets modern technology—using cloud platforms, open-source analytics, automation, and responsible AI to remove friction from clinical development and allow teams to focus on what truly matters: patients and science. I genuinely believe this combination of domain expertise + technology leadership is the next frontier for unlocking medical advancement.I try to lead with curiosity, humility, and pragmatism—asking hard questions, listening closely, and building solutions that work in the real world, not just on slides. I’m passionate about mentoring teams, shaping strategy, and contributing to the broader conversation around how biometrics and technology can evolve together. If you’re interested in modern analytics platforms, clinical data strategy, AI in GxP environments, or simply how to do meaningful work at scale—I’m always happy to connect and exchange ideas.
