Duties and Responsibilities: Instructional Design, Project Management & Content Development Conduct training needs analysis by consulting the internal stakeholders and subject matter experts and captured the required information for developing the curriculum or the training. Led kick-off meetings with the subject matter experts to communicate the end-to-end process of development and setting timely review sessions. Apply technical expertise to the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of multimedia learning solutions that are just-in-time, engaging and interactive for adult learners. Led review sessions with the subject matter experts to finalize the learning solutions. Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories and methods to develop engaging learning solutions which included course design document, course objectives, training content and role-based simulations. Work as a critical development resource on a transformation program that impacts the workflow of the operations teams in the organization and enables the workforce to efficiently deliver services and execute key operations using new methods. Develop multiple modes of assessments to measure the effectiveness of the courses and shared the details with the required team. Act as a resource to support organization\'s LMS through administration, teaching, and coaching users.This role allows me to apply my instructional design, project management and content development skills while working with cross-functional teams and contributing to the transformation of the workforce.
