As the Head of AI at I am focused on redesigning Claims from being a workflow system to a decision system supported by modern technology, including AI. Prior to I was with Deloitte Consulting\'s Insurance Sector, where I co-led the Claims Technology practice for the US firm and their efforts in AI and Embedded Insurance. I am a technologist with deep insurance experience, I am passionate about making Insurance work for everyone and Claims more transparent to both carriers and the claimants. I have led Go-To-Market initiatives in the US for P&C Claims, AI and Embedded Insurance market segments and have driven an annual pipeline of $100M+ while developing service offerings, assets and people. My expertise includes:System Engineering and Insurance Application ArchitectureCore system modernization (Guidewire, Origami, DuckCreek etc.), AI Activation(Agentic, Generative, ML etc) for Insurance - Distribution, UW and Claims,Claims operations transformation focused on Customers and Claims Professionals,NewCo/ Embedded Insurance offering development,Post Mergers/Acquisition integration (PMI),Intersection of Future of Mobility and Insurance, Data modernization (Databricks, Snowflake) etc. I am a father of 2 young kids and am based in the Greater Cleveland area, spending weekends at the local zoo, natural history museum or at kids\' activities.I believe in the higher-bottom-line of Insurance, I would love to work with you in any of the topics listed above or in discussing the philosophy of how Insurance makes the world and economies run.
