Construction estimator & Mechanical engineer with EIT, LEED Green Associate, and over 8 years of experience in construction industry. Pre-construction coordination, budgeting, design and estimation of all CSI trades; specifically mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection for data centers, commercial offices, retail spaces, residential, industrial, healthcare, life sciences and pharmaceutical industry. Currently working with Turner & Townsend as a Senior Consultant, performing cost management and preparing estimates for real estate and data center projects.At AGI, I performed cost estimation for numerous Retail supermarkets and Healthcare facilities, from Ground-ups to Tenant improvements and Remodels. At ETA, I was in-charge of Business development for the MEP and HVAC projects in Mumbai, India. I handled estimation and bid tenders for high-rise residential and commercial projects ranging from $1m to $35m.
