ABOUT DILEK CILINGIR

As the Global Forensic and Integrity Services Leader at EY, I oversee a global team of nearly 5,500 professionals across 75+ countries, helping organizations protect and restore enterprise and financial reputation. With almost 30 years of experience in Assurance and Consulting, I’m dedicated to empowering teams and clients to uphold ethical practices, safeguard stakeholder interests, and foster a sustainable, equitable future. I have held a number of leadership roles across the EY Global Network, including Global Assurance Talent Leader and Assurance Leader for EY Turkey. As the Global Assurance Talent Leader at EY for four years, I oversaw the talent strategy and implementation for EY Assurance Services around the world – more than people in over 140 countries focused on building tomorrow’s workforce to deliver the business priorities of EY. During my tenure in Turkey, I led the Audit practice to more than double in size, becoming the market leader. I also played a pivotal role in establishing Forensic & Integrity Services practices across Southern Europe, leading a team of professionals across five countries. Before my time in Turkey, I spent eight years in Boston and New York City, US, where I worked in the Consulting practice at another Big Four professional services firm and led a varied portfolio of Fortune 500 clients and a diverse global team. As the first female service line leader in Turkey and the first female Global Forensics leader, I’m passionate about fostering a culture of belonging and believe that embracing diversity is both a moral imperative and a key driver of growth and a better working world. I am committed to delivering real value that extends beyond our clients and positively impacts society. This mission drives my commitment to developing our talent, fostering growth, and ensuring our teams are equipped to make a lasting impact.
