I am a performance-driven professional With over 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Workshop environment. I have developed a strong expertise in Operations Support, Project planning, Process management, and Customer Order Management Service. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my skills, and I am looking for new opportunities to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. As a Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist at Baker Hughes, I applied my supervisory, Operation management and analytical skills to manage and coordinate multiple projects in the Oil & Gas industry. Rich experience in driving Order Management life cycle, right from daily order quotes, accuracy, mitigating orders errors and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services, and I supported the development and implementation of innovative solutions to meet customer needs and expectations. Proven track record in coordinating shipments, managing logistics inventory and improving inventory reoccurring process to meet operations requirements across multiple departments. Administered the SAP work order process, ensure availability of stock, work order confirmation to customers according to agreed trade terms.
