ABOUT DILARA S.
I hold a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Clinical Psychology, and I am currently training as a psychotherapist. I work as an HR Generalist in a global team, supporting various HR functions across the full employee journey, from onboarding and engagement to performance and compensation. I am also responsible for payroll, preparing and updating our organisational charts, and creating our internal newsletter to keep employees across different locations informed and connected within the company. I have a particular interest in the organisational aspects of HR and how well-structured processes and effective communication can enhance the overall employee experience.
