Here at Right Move, I am responsible for*Complete ownership for End to End Recruitments for clients.*Maintain key hiring metrics for measuring efficiency of hiring at regular time intervals (TAT, Source Utilization, Requisition : Hired, Cost of Hire & Quality of Hire, Gender diversity)*Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow up.*Work closely with the business and provide MI report and also setting up expectation meet*Maintain & Publish Key Recruitment KPIs & trackers like Open position tracker, ageing analysis etc.*Sourcing profiles through various online portals.*End to end management of drive for lateral/senior hiring drive.*Salary negotiation, document verification, salary fitment for shortlisted candidates.*Follow up to ensure better joining ratio
