ABOUT DIKSHANT KOUNDAL

I am currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing and HR from NIT Hamirpur, focusing on enhancing my skills in human resource management and marketing strategies. I started my professional journey with a summer internship at Sun Pharma, where my primary focus was on HR, supported by additional exposure to marketing activities. This experience provided me with valuable insights into HR practices and the dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry.I bring 3 years of professional experience in the IT industry. I joined HCL Technologies in August 2022 as an Associate Professional Software Engineer in the Software Testing domain. During my tenure at DXC, I successfully completed a one-month training program aligned with the ISTQB Foundation Level certification.Prior to joining DXC, I completed my B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with Honours from Jaypee University of Information Technology, specializing in Data Science, in June 2022. I also underwent domain-specific training in Software Testing and foundational IT concepts post-graduation.Since September 2023, I have been working at Allianz in the insurance domain as an Analyst II Software Engineer. My current role involves product testing, product deployment, and enabling cross-border resource sharing among different teams and partner organizations.I am certified in ISTQB Foundation Level and AWS, which complement my technical, analytical, and cross-functional capabilities, allowing me to contribute effectively across both HR and technology-driven roles.
