   Led end to end development of CSV based Decision Table functionality, involving the development of backend APIs in Java and its integration with the former UI with minimum modifications. This led to a movement of 70% teams from Decision Matrix to Decision Table, starting the process of deprecation of the former product.• Took complete ownership of the development of backend for Out of the box Decision Table and coordinated with the UI developers to enable its end to end integration using an LDS adapter. This new functionality was adopted by 90% of the existing teams and helped us increase the adoption further by 200%.• Drove major improvements in code quality and reliability of Business Rules Engine by resolving 120+ test failures, enhancing test coverage (unit, functional, and selenium), and introducing proper instrumentation and error handling for complex workflows of Decision Table and Expression Set.• Mentored multiple new team members and interns to help them onboard to the Salesforce platform and BRE team. Created and maintained an extensive onboarding document for the new joiners to make this process smoother and faster.• Delivered scalable, production-ready features for Offer Management, including multiple UI screens, data model entities, and invocable actions - successfully launched as part of a new offering by Industries Marketing Excellence team.• Owned and delivered a fully functional, out-of-the-box Agent solution to automate and streamline multiple Offer Management tasks, significantly reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency.• Collaborated across teams to resolve high priority customer bugs and investigations.
