Highly motivated student at FORE School of Management with an academic background in Economics and work experience in HR, currently pursuing PGDM with a dual specialization in Finance and HR.As an HR intern at Panasonic India, I focused on leveraging my knowledge of both Finance and HR to drive impactful initiatives within the Compensation and Benefits arena of the organization, and conducting research on \"Implementing Flexi-Benefit Plans in the Compensation Structure\". I have a keen interest in the Employee Well-Being Programs of organizations as well.During my time in the Fresher Program Office at HCL Tech, I gained hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and managing candidate pipelines. This exposure has not only sharpened my interpersonal and communication skills but has also provided me with a deep understanding of the talent acquisition landscape. I was responsible for hiring Chartered Accountants, Graduate Trainees, Legal Trainees and CMA candidates. This wide scope allowed me to interact with candidates from diverse fields.I graduated with a degree in BA(Hons) in Economics from ARSD College, University of Delhi where I was the Cultural Head of Ekonomiko: the Economics Society.In addition to my academic pursuits, I also pursued theatre as my passion for 3 years during graduation, owing to my keen interest in the performing arts. As I embark on my journey towards the second year of MBA, I am eager to explore the intersection between Finance and HR, understanding how the two fields intertwine to drive organizational success. With a passion for talent management and employee engagement, I am dedicated to creating a positive work culture that fosters growth and enables individuals to reach their full potential.
