In my role as an Associate Counselor within the Climate Change team, I\'ve been fortunate to work at the forefront of sustainable transformation. My primary responsibilities include crafting and implementing policy and advocacy strategies aimed at catalyzing sustainable practices across industries. I\'ve also been deeply involved in identifying and managing industrial decarbonization initiatives, helping organizations reduce their carbon footprint and embrace cleaner, greener technologies. Additionally, I\'ve actively engaged with the CII Climate Action Charter, collaborating with over 200 MSMEs to integrate climate change as a material risk within their value chains and develop resilient, long-term climate action plans.One of the cornerstones of my work has been creating climate change awareness among the MSME sector, empowering these businesses with the knowledge and tools they need to address environmental challenges effectively. Moreover, I\'ve had the privilege of contributing to India\'s Long-Term Low-Carbon Development Strategy for the industry, playing a part in the nation\'s transition towards a sustainable and low-carbon future.
