Keeping up-to-date with remote work labor laws and international employment regulations.**Payroll & Attendance**Implementing digital attendance systems. Coordinating with finance to ensure accurate payroll, benefits, and reimbursements for remote employees.**Support & Communication**Acting as a key point of contact for employee queries. Providing HR support through email, messaging apps, and virtual HR helpdesks.**Health & Well-being**Promoting work-life balance and mental well-being through flexible work policies, wellness webinars, and remote support programs.
