Reviewing resumes and applicationsAssisting Manager HR in all the HR activities.• Identifying Manpower requirements from all Divisional heads.• Mapping Job description & Job analysis according to office requirements.• Responsible for Recruitment life-cycle.• Sourcing CV’s from different sources (Consultancies, New Paper, Job Portals & References) and conducting preliminary screening & taking initial interviews, salary negotiation etc.• Conducting HR interviews to check the candidate’s suitability for the requirement.• Conducting induction for new joiners to create awareness of the Recruitment function.• Recruiting people at all levels i.e. from experience range of 2-10 years for all permanent, subcontracting and direct positions. • Planning and structuring of job advertisements on job portals. • Facilitate various internal committees for events and employee communication channels• Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process• Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions• Communicating and explaining the organization\'s HR policies to the employees• Regular updating of communication channels• Community initiatives programs - organizing and participation
