I work at the intersection of public sector modernization, digital government, and organizational change, helping governments and public institutions improve how public services are delivered to citizens and communities.My work focuses on translating complex institutional challenges into practical strategies, governance frameworks, and measurable transformation initiatives within large public systems.Earlier in my career, I led large-scale organizational transformation initiatives across Israel’s local government system, working directly with mayors, municipal CEOs, and senior leadership teams. I built and led a team of 30+ organizational consultants supporting about 60 municipalities in organizational development, leadership capacity building, and institutional transformation. These initiatives were implemented with clear performance metrics and measurable outcomes, strengthening governance, leadership, and operational effectiveness across participating authorities.In parallel, I founded and led the national “Initiative 265”, a government collaboration established with the National Digital Authority and the Ministry of Interior to accelerate digital transformation across Israel’s local government system. I built the initiative from the ground up - shaping its strategy, partnerships, and implementation model, and developed national knowledge frameworks and professional communities to support municipalities in advancing digital capabilities and improving public service delivery.The initiative connected more than 1,400 public-sector professionals and reached over 93% of Israel’s municipalities, creating a shared infrastructure for learning, collaboration, and large-scale transformation across the sector.Now based in Canada, I continue to focus on public sector modernization, digital government, and organizational transformation.
