As a Senior Human Resources Manager at ACES, I lead the HR initiatives for a growing organization that provides ABA services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. I have over 9 years of HR experience, in a variety of industries, where I have developed skills in team building, organizational leadership, and HR policies, procedures, and compliance.I hold a Master\'s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California, and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of California, San Diego. My field of expertise is industrial and organizational psychology, which helps me understand and optimize the human factors that affect the performance and well-being of employees and organizations.
