I contribute to the NEOM project in Saudi Arabia, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Currently, I serve as a Senior Associate Analyst in the Procurement to Pay (P2P) process, ensuring the efficient flow of operations and compliance with internal standards.I act as the primary point of contact for supplier, proponent, and buyer inquiries throughout the entire Procurement to Pay cycle. In this role, I engage with stakeholders to assess and address their procurement needs effectively. I monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and turnaround time (TAT) standards to ensure optimal performance.Additionally, I manage and resolve inquiries received through inbound calls, chats, and tickets, diagnosing issues and providing timely solutions. I ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations. I also conduct training sessions for junior team members to enhance their understanding of processes and systems. Furthermore, I am involved in developing P2P Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using the Epilex500 application.
