ABOUT DIGVIJAY S MAHRA

Keen on building things and being a decision-maker.I have experienced the key parts of 0 -> 1 building during my stint as a founding team member in an early-stage startup, Predible Health. Built the product line and everything around it from the ground up. It was later acquired by Nference.After a thoroughly enriching experience in Predible, I chose to be a part of the startup in its hypergrowth phase, 1 -> 100, to experience the scale while building teams to unlock rapid growth. Bounce was just the right place at that time as we catapulted from daily rides to over in three quarters.Not only did I get to learn the best PM practices and processes required for scale, but I also got to define and shape them whilst growing alongside Bounce. I was part of the \'Supply Shaping\' team, tasked to ensure that our revenue-generating assets are at the right place at the right time; a heavily underserved domain in the startup ecosystem (Supply-side) where I could leverage my understanding of Systems of Intelligence (from Predible) plus the ease of working closely with Data Scientists/ ML engineers.After moving on from Bounce in March \'20, I went backpacking in Himachal for over 100 days. Joined Plum after a 6-month hiatus. Currently, I am looking forward to disrupting insurance and healthcare in India.
