Drove substantial growth in organic traffic, with user numbers rising from 734K+ in January to 1.3M+ in March 2025, following implementation of audit recommendations by the development and content teams. Conducted competitor and keyword gap analysis, identifying untapped content opportunities — including high-impact “Head-to-Head” IPL pages — which opened new paths for traffic acquisition. Created and presented a Q1 SEO performance dashboard using Google Looker Studio, detailing traffic trends, user behavior, and top-performing pages to support strategic decision-making.This project showcased my ability to combine technical SEO insight with strategic execution, leading to scalable organic growth for a high-traffic sports platform.
