Olayemi Usman is an influential young leader driving sustainability and digital innovation in the built environment. Currently working as a Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend, I bring a strong background in Cost & Carbon and BIM-enabled cost management, supporting clients to deliver projects that balance commercial performance with long-term environmental value.Olayemi recently completed a MSc in BIM-Enabled Sustainable Building at the University of Northampton, focusing his research on reducing embodied and operational carbon emissions to achieve net zero buildings, aligning with UN sustainability goals.My experience spans life-cycle costing, carbon assessment, 5D BIM, and strategic cost advisory, allowing me to contribute to projects at both a commercial and digital delivery level.
