ABOUT TAHIR BASHEER

My commercial legal practice includes clients across the following areas: creative industry entrepreneurs, technology growth companies, computer games and software, music, e-commerce and digital distribution, sport, fashion, merchandising, trade marks and intellectual property. I advise a range of corporate and individual clients both within the UK and abroad and my clients range from corporate entities, entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, social media influencers, up and coming artistes, musicians, designers and creative industry management teams.I founded the firm\'s Technology practice and head up the firm\'s Branding practice and have developed a particular specialism in digital media issues. I am a member of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers and a faculty lecturer at Berklee College of Music. I have also been a guest lecturer at Kings College London University, Queen Mary University, the Brit School and the Music Business School.I am also a global board member at the Fund for Global Human Rights and a trustee of the MOBO Trust.I am a judge on the annual International Monroe Moot Competition at Oxford University and have also appeared as a judge on various technology strategy board competitions. I am a board advisor to various startup companies.My aim is to offer clients a practical as well as a legal service always with a commercial and results focussed approach so as to maximise the chances of success across the media, entertainment and technology industry.
