As a Manager of Credit Billing Operations O2C at Ecolab India in Pune, I have over 14 years of experience in the finance domain shared services My extensive knowledge and expertise in cash application, billing, and accounts receivable make me an accomplished finance professional.My role as a Manager of Finance Operations involves managing a team responsible for processing cash postings and performing day-to-day activities such as cheque and wire transfers, Billing adjustments, write-offs, and AR ageing. My responsibilities also include handling escalations and resolving problems and issues, communicating with global clients via email and phone, and liaising with collectors and customers to ensure outstanding balances are cleared on time. I am proficient in SAP and SAP Hana, process transition, stakeholder management, and automation tools like UI PATH and RPA.I believe in people management and provide daily/weekly interactions with my team members to set priorities, assign work, and address potential bottlenecks and backlogs. I plan team capacity, develop and coach team members, groom hi-pots, and maintain a harmonious team relationship.
