Graduating during the challenging times of the pandemic taught me resilience, adaptability, and determination—qualities that have shaped my career path in IT. I began my professional journey as a Desktop Support Engineer at ButcherBox, where I developed a strong foundation in troubleshooting, systems management, and user support.Through dedication, continuous learning, and a passion for problem-solving, I have now been promoted into a DevOps role, marking an exciting new chapter in my career. In this transition, I’m leveraging my background in IT support while expanding into automation, cloud technologies, infrastructure as code, and scalable system design.I thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where creativity, resourcefulness, and flexibility are essential. Administering Git repositories and enforcing branch policies, access controls, and workflow standards across multiple engineering applications. Assisting with Terraform configurations for infrastructure-as-code deployments, ensuring environment consistency and repeatability. Serving as system administrator for various engineering applications, managing user access, permissions, and configurations.
