My role combines strategic planning with operational execution, ensuring both statutory compliance and effective employee services in a highly regulated and industrial environment.Key Responsibilities & Contributions: Section In-charge for Legal, Land Management, Canteen Administration, and Hospitality Services. Actively manage Industrial Relations including union coordination, contract labour matters, grievance handling, and out-of-court settlements. Responsible for compliance coordination related to Factory, Boiler, Nephtha, GPCB, PESO, and other statutory licenses. Successfully rectified long-pending land records (since 1982–86) and updated Records of Rights in favour of KRIBHCO. Actively coordinating Factory Layout Plan revision and extension, in line with operational and statutory requirements. Spearheaded the formulation of KRIBHCO’s RoU (Right of Use) Policy, and regularized RoU permission for industries, including GSEG, generating revenue of ₹1.5 Crores. Designed and implemented a Digital Canteen Management System, reducing pilferage and improving cost control. Handled gratuity claim cases at the Labour Department, Surat—disposed of successfully in KRIBHCO’s favour. Anchored major corporate events such as AGMs, Foundation Stone Laying Ceremonies, May Day celebrations, and public functions attended by senior government dignitaries.🧑‍ Mentored 25+ HR and Law interns on live case studies, research projects, and HR process mapping.
