   At Persistent Systems, I lead projects focused on macOS environment management and the integration of enterprise device management solutions within complex, multi-framework ecosystems. As a Project Lead, I oversee initiatives that blend Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies, aligning project delivery with business priorities, stakeholder expectations, and risk mitigation strategies.My core responsibility is the architecting and optimization of macOS environments for enterprise-scale deployments. I drive the design and implementation of JAMF Pro automation frameworks, leveraging API integrations to streamline device management, enable console-less administration, and reduce operational overhead. I have delivered custom solutions tailored to business unit needs, including macOS OS modulation strategies, privilege management workflows, and automation pipelines that enforce security best practices, compliance baselines, and end-user experience improvements.My role extends into cloud architecture alignment, where I integrate endpoint management with AWS and Azure environments. This includes collaborating on IAM models for secure access control, designing least-privilege policies, implementing SSO integrations across identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin), and driving Zero Trust principles across endpoints and cloud services. I also play a critical role in conducting security assessments and audits, aligning solutions with frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-53, while proactively identifying risks, addressing vulnerabilities, and documenting findings for continuous improvement.I apply a strategic lens to project execution—focusing on stakeholder alignment, risk management, hypothesis development, and clear communication plans. I lead cross-functional teams across Cloud, EUC, Security, and Application domains, ensuring deliverables align with enterprise security goals, architectural principles, and business objectives.
