I am fascinated by what the future holds. As a data enthusiast, I am excited by the potential of data to shape our future. Throughout my professional career in sustainability, service, and the finance industry, I have experienced firsthand how data can shape distinct sectors. With a newfound passion for workflow optimization, I am more inspired than ever to embark on a pathway of quantitative analytics. During my university studies, I completed eight team projects focused on data analytics. These projects allowed me to develop my skillset in Microsoft Excel, R Studio, and Tableau.My current role allows me to utilize the power of VBA in optimizing Excel spreadsheets. Integrating critical thinking with creative problem-solving to navigate around limitations and increase workflow efficiency. The common ground between my passion for quantitative analytics and my personal life is - growth.Being a shy extrovert, I deeply value developing my charisma and interpersonal skills. Throughout university, I sought out presentation-focused classes to improve my communication skills. This mindset persisted beyond university. I am constantly improving my interpersonal skills by immersing myself in the fast-paced service industry and nurturing my consultation expertise as a Pension Associate.Similar to the progression of bouldering and calisthenics, data analytics embodies the spirit of growth. I have been actively developing my skillset through online courses focused on expanding my proficiency in automation with VBA, database management with SQL, data cleaning with Power Query, and dashboard creation with Power BI. Beyond my career, I enjoy contributing to my community through Google Maps as a photographer, editor, and reviewer. This role not only allows me to keep my community up-to-date, but it also nurtures my passion for creativity. My goal as a photographer is to blend the practicality of a Google review with creative techniques and compositions.
