Investigate transcription factors and chromatin remodelers in mammalian cell lines under the oxidative stress, with emphasis on protein acetylations using molecular techniques (IF, western blot, genotypes, qPCR)- Establish epigenetic landscape and in cell lines under oxidative stress- Work with CRO to develop homozygous CRISPR cell lines for downstream chromatin profiling- Develop and optimize NGS protocols such as CUT & RUN, ATAC-Seq for novel targets and treatments (CRISPR knockouts, small molecule inhibitors, degraders)- Establish NGS analysis pipelines using LINUX, R, and slurm- Bioinformatic analysis of CUT & RUN, ATAC, RNA-Seq, nascent RNA-seq data
